Vajra Yoga™

The Vajra Yoga School presents

Wisdom Bliss Teacher Training & Immersion

brought to you by Tibet House US and Menla Retreat and Dewa Spa

BRIDGING ANCIENT WISDOM AND YOUR WORLD

The Vajra Yoga School offers non-religious education in the transformative inner sciences (adhyātma-vidyā) and inner technologies (adhyātma-tantra) of the world’s great yogic civilisations.

The Wisdom Bliss Teacher Training and Immersion is an integral approach to exploration of the medical, martial, and spiritual modalities of yoga. Through guided practice of yoga’s embodied methods and study of the wisdom traditions of India and Tibet from which they emerged, students discover a yogic path best suited to their lives, with maximum benefit to themselves and others.

More than a program to become a better yoga practitioner:

It is an education in becoming a yogi.

Our Vision

Rooted in His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s vision of inter-traditional harmony, the program encourages students to honour their own background and learn across traditions without conversion.

What Is Vajra Yoga?

Vajra Yoga is yoga practised within the Vajra worldview, a view that understands reality as fundamentally luminous, interconnected, and infused with innate goodness.

This approach integrates the coarse body (physical movement and breath), the subtle body (chakras, channels, winds, and vital energies), and the innermost level of awareness, sometimes described in Tibetan Buddhism as the clear light nature of mind. Practice becomes a way of attuning body and awareness to this underlying clarity and vitality.

Vajra Yoga is not only physical training or meditation technique. It is a path of embodiment, cultivating stability, insight, and compassion. As practitioners recognise their own innate clarity and resilience, a natural wish arises to support the well-being of others.
